Finless Foods is the first cellular agriculture company to make cultured fish meat. Michael Selden and Brian Wyrwas founded Finless Foods in 2016 to create a sustainable source of fish. Through cellular agriculture, Finless Foods aim to produce fish meat that does not further deplete wild fish populations and is free of plastic and mercury contamination. Finless Foods aim to have a limited release of cultured bluefin tuna meat by the end of 2019.
