About the Job:

- Work with the cell biology team to push the boundaries of traditional cell propagation and differentiation methodologies

- Develop, characterize, and validate novel approaches to cell line development

- Explore and lead external research collaborations

- Design and execute scientific experiments

About You:

- Mission-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial

- PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field

- Ability to work independently in experiment planning, design, execution, optimization, data analysis, interpretation, and communication

- A strong record of productivity with impactful scientific publications and a track record of effective collaboration in complex projects

- Expertise with molecular biology (PCR, Western blotting, cloning, cellular transfection/transduction, and gene editing), genomic analyses (such as RNA sequencing), cellular differentiation, immunocytochemistry, recombinant protein expression and purification, and flow cytometry is preferred but not required
