Human Resources Officer

We're looking for a Human Resources Officer to recruit and manage a world-class team that will drive us toward our goals.

Your responsibilities

- Recruit a world-class team in a rapid expansion phase (responsibility for entire process from writing vacancy to negotiating contract)

- Conduct daily administrative HR activities (compensation, performance management, training and development, employee relations, payroll administration and compliance etc)

- Help implement HR-related systems for a new start-up, including a performance review process and compensation structure

- Design and implement a positive employee experience to drive engagement, productivity and retention

- Help foster the company culture, for example through organising group events

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in recruitment and HR administration, ideally in scientific or technical fields

- Passionate and energetic, with a strong drive to achieve our mission

- An ambitious individual who can grow with the company (potentially toward CPO role in future)

- Knowledge of Dutch labour law (a plus)

- Minimum B2 level English (Dutch a plus)
