We are looking for a bachelor / master student of #foodscience to join the team as an intern. This is a unique opportunity to work on the refinement of one of the world’s first cultured meat products.
You will be working closely with the product development team to plan and execute experiments to achieve the short-term and long-term goals of design and development. This includes both literature research and practical work on product texture, mouthfeel, taste, aroma, colour, processing, food safety and shelf-life performance.
A creative mindset, good laboratory practice, enthusiasm and team spirit are key attributes for the role!
