Food Science Internship 4-6 months

We are looking for a bachelor / master student of #foodscience to join the team as an intern. This is a unique opportunity to work on the refinement of one of the world’s first cultured meat products.

  • You will be working closely with the product development team to plan and execute experiments to achieve the short-term and long-term goals of design and development. This includes both literature research and practical work on product texture, mouthfeel, taste, aroma, colour, processing, food safety and shelf-life performance.

  • A creative mindset, good laboratory practice, enthusiasm and team spirit are key attributes for the role!
