Finless Foods seeks an enthusiastic, independent and attentive professional to provide administrative support to the Manager of Operations. The Administrative Intern is a self-directed, team-oriented individual with great communication and organizational skills.
The Administrative Intern plays a critical role by providing exceptional administrative support ensuring the office and labs operate efficiently and effectively. Specifically, the Administrative Intern will provide support to Operations, will help to manage the inventory outside of the labs (checking in new supplies, helping order new supplies and helping the team to make inventory up to date), and will oversee multiple tasks that require unwavering, close attention to detail. This role will also process receiving paperwork, and catalog them. The Administrative Intern is also tasked with special projects at the direction of Manager of Operations. The Administrative Assistant will also possibly have functions as Executive Assistant, Finance and/or legal matters.
The Administrative Intern is expected to engage professionally with the team, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in Finless Foods' day-to-day. The role requires a solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols, basic project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external people, as well as outside clients and vendors with an emphasis on proactivity and confidentiality.
