A Project Coordinator (PC) to support the MYLO™ Program and related projects. The PC role will focus on supporting Project Managers/Leads and related stakeholders to help coordinate activities and objectives for projects. The PC will also support the use of the Global Program Management processes and tools to support multiple projects and help Project Managers coordinate project activities and timelines. This will include supporting project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting as needed for projects. Within the first 30 days you will…

- Familiarize with project management tools and learn how to utilize GPM related tools (SmartSheet, Project Charter, RAID, Communication & Stakeholder Management Plans).

- Identify and socialize project coordination services with project leaders/managers, technical leads and team members

- Support Program and Project Managers as they set-up and refine MYLO™ program and project plans to meet 2020 objectives and key results

- Support coordinating global program and project activities for project timelines, meeting agendas, capture relevant minutes & actions items and ensure follow up on action items.

- Responsible for coordinating and following up with PM’s to help with project planning, tracking, scheduling, monitoring and reporting utilizing GPM tools (SmartSheet timelines; risks, assumptions, issues, decision; communication plan; stakeholder management Plan) and ensure accuracy of data.

- Support communication of project status and help obtain input from project stakeholders, including European and other globally distributed stakeholders.

- Meeting logistics (date, time, location) and negotiating availability of team participants. All meeting materials accurate and available (i.e. generate relevant reports)

- Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from stakeholders.

In the first 60 days you will…

- Continue to support the coordination of activities from various needs from each function (R, PD, M, Product, Business Dev).

- Establish communication rhythm with each project and related stakeholders.

- Continue to follow-up with project team members to obtain input and status on project activities and milestones.

- Continue to support project coordination activities in a cross functional organization and with international partners.

- Evolve role and provide feedback to help support project management for the MYLO™ program.

- Continue professional development growth in the area of project management.

This Team will be Excited to Have You Because You Bring...

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 2+ years’ experience as Project Coordinator or similar role/work experience

- Basic awareness of Project Management with desire to grow as Project Coordinator and willingness to learn about Project/Program Management related skills.

- Attention to detail and capacity to learn and work with a variety of project management related tools for project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow-up with various stakeholders with a proactive approach.

- Comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging and evolving environment

- Team player – work cooperatively and effectively with others to help achieve goals and support the resolution of issues as needed.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to support multiple projects.

- Provide feedback and help to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Must be able to travel internationally up to 10%
